• When there are fuel shortages, we reserve fuel for our card holders as they are our first priority.

A fuel card is $5 each, which is paid for on collection of the card. You can have an many cards as you require.

There are 2 options of card top up:
i. You can go to any Trek service station and pay cash. Cash top up is instant
ii. You can do a transfer into our nostro account and send the proof of payment to payments@trekcards.co.zw . Payments done through bank transfer can take 24 to 48hours to reflect.

YES, it is possible to transfer funds between cards, to access it please kindly logon to your account and select the option that says transfer funds. (This feature is ONLY available to the account administrator)

Our system allows a detailed and flexible fuel analysis reports available online 24 hours a day.

To change names associated to cards, vehicles allocated to cards and containers allocated to cards send an email to newcards@trek.co.zw with the card number and your requirements.

Your corporate account can only be accessed by your own dedicated account administrator and all cards are PIN protected.

We highly recommend that you come to our Trek Runiville (Harare) or Trek Fife Street (Bulawayo) for a replacement but you can however send an email to newcards@trek.co.zw with details of the lost card and a replacement request will be created, the card can be collected at any of our service station. Replacement cost for each card is at $5.
